Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, coordinating exhibitions, and supporting business development through effective communication and techno-commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence.
- Track and manage inquiries and leads through CRM and other marketing channels.
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, and industry events.
- Plan, organize, and manage the company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Coordinate with creative, PR, and digital marketing agencies for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage the company website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.




- Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical and pre-sales teams.
- Maintain CRM/ERP records, campaign reports, and marketing analytics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B or industrial marketing. Experience in the Solar, EPC, Renewable Energy, or Engineering industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong branding, digital marketing, and lead generation expertise.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
