We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project / Program Associate to coordinate engineering projects, production planning, customer service activities, and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong planning, communication, and execution skills to ensure timely project delivery and excellent customer support.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

- Plan, track, and coordinate project execution from order receipt to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure timely execution.

Client & Service Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service.
- Assign and monitor service requests, ensuring timely closure and customer satisfaction.

Resource Planning

- Prepare daily and weekly deployment plans for service engineers.
- Plan travel, accommodation, and logistics for site visits.




- Prepare daily production work schedules and follow up on execution.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare operation manuals, service reports, project files, and other documentation.
- Draft meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items.
- Maintain organized project records and document control.

Communication

- Draft skilled emails and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely updates.
- Escalate project or service issues to management as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, manufacturing, or service management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
