Mission

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! As our Customer Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in implementing our business strategy by actively providing an immersive experience to customers and driving sales. Along with your team, your goal will be to convert each prospect into a raving fan of Aliens. Your mission is to improve the customer experience by attending to them in real-time, helping them with their query through calls and chats, and generating business.

We have seen astronomical success in the past decade, with our revenue growing 8X in the last 5 years and our team expanding from a small group of artists to a team of 150 employees across various functions and departments.

In addition to our core services of tattooing, art, design, and piercing, we are also pioneers and revolutionaries in the tattoo education industry. Our tattoo education platform and school have helped aspiring tattoo artists learn the skills and techniques they need to succeed in the industry. Responsibilities

Make Calls to connect with leads in real time.

Reply to Direct Chats to connect with them in real-time

Maintaining and following Sales processes and SOPs

Handling inquiries through Inbound Calls & Chat.





Build High-quality relationships with Prospects, Customers, and teams.

Maintain CRM database

Gather leads and customer information and update in CRM

Work with team to reach goals

Should be able to work late or come early if the work assigned is not completed

Provide correct recommendations, and information to the leads and customers

Participation in Team building activities and HR events

Lead Management

Lead Mining

Achieve Target

Coordinate with teams and ensure that the customer experience is not hampered

Qualifications

Minimum High School completed

Graduate preferred

1+ Sales & Customer Service Experience

Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills

Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques

Self-control and Self-motivated

Empathy, Adaptability, Attentiveness, Patience & Ability to use Positive language

Effective Listening & Time management skills

Willingness to Improve & ability to admit when you don’t have an answer or when
you are wrong, Ability to receive feedback
