Role Overview:
We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to support our Procurement Manager in day-to-day purchase operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career candidate to build a career in procurement within a growing manufacturing company, with hands-on exposure to ERP systems, supplier management, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise and track purchase orders in the company ERP system




- Follow up with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules
- Prepare quotation comparison statements for review by the Procurement Manager
- Coordinate with the stores team on GRN and inward material receipt
- Maintain supplier records, pending-PO reports, and purchase files
- Support the Procurement Manager with day-to-day purchase documentation and monthly MIS reports

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Com / BBA / Diploma in any stream (Mechanical or Materials background is a plus)
- Fresher to 1 year of experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent Tamil and basic English communication
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and grow within the procurement function
- Candidates residing in or near Madukkarai, Kuniyamuthur, or Podanur preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
