Job Description
Manthan – The Veg Kitchen is looking for an experienced Chef C1 – Indian Curry Specialist for our cloud kitchen cum restaurant in Srinagar. We are looking for a passionate chef who can prepare a wide variety of North Indian vegetarian dishes, with strong expertise in curries and main course dishes. The ideal candidate should also be able to create current vegetarian recipes and menu items while maintaining excellent taste, quality, and consistency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare North Indian vegetarian dishes with expertise in curries and main courses.
- Create new vegetarian recipes and menu items.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Manage stock and minimize food wastage.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef C1 or Curry Chef.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Ability to create innovative vegetarian dishes.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Willing to relocate to Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
