Finex Services provides customised funding solutions to MSMEs and SMEs. We work with leading banks and NBFCs to arrange Working Capital, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Dropline OD, Bill Discounting and other structured funding facilities.

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager who can understand clients’ financial requirements, structure suitable funding solutions and manage cases from initial discussion through disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads generated by the telecalling team, and manage them as well.
- Speak with business owners and understand their funding requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and preliminary financial assessments.
- Analyse ITRs, GST returns, bank statements, existing loans, bureau reports and financial statements.
- Recommend suitable products and lenders based on the client’s profile.
- Prepare case summaries highlighting business strengths, risks and funding justification.
- Collect and verify documents required for login.
- Coordinate with bankers, credit teams, clients and internal operations.
- Respond to credit queries and follow each case through sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and next-action dates in the CRM.
- Build relationships with CAs, CSs, consultants, connectors and local business owners.




- Generate a portion of the monthly business through personal networks and channel development.
- Ensure transparent communication with clients regarding eligibility, process, charges and timelines.
- Avoid making unauthorised commitments regarding approval, interest rates or payout sharing.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in SME lending, business banking, LAP, working capital or business loans.
- Previous experience with a bank, NBFC, established DSA or loan consultancy, CA firms, Telecommunication(sales)
- Practical understanding of financial statements, GST, banking transactions, ITRs and credit bureau reports.
- Knowledge of lending policies, eligibility assessment and documentation.
- Robust client-meeting, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Good relationships with bankers, CAs, connectors or local businesses will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable with local travel for client and channel-partner meetings.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined and accountable for results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
