Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator with 4–5 years of relevant experience to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, analyzing project costs, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and preparing competitive bids within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Analyze project requirements and estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender submissions, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project execution teams for cost inputs.
- Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.




- Maintain an updated database of material rates, labor costs, and vendor quotations.
- Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Support post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of estimation techniques and construction costing.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
