Job Description

- Lead and manage the overall service operations for rooftop solar systems, solar pumps, inverters, batteries, and associated electrical equipment.
- Ensure timely installation support, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and after-sales service.
- Develop and implement service processes, SOPs, and quality standards to improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate Service Engineers, Technicians, and Field Executives to achieve departmental objectives.
- Allocate daily service calls and monitor field staff productivity to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure proper commissioning and testing of solar power systems in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory of service materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service team.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, company policies,



and statutory regulations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in solar technology, industry standards, and government regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in solar, electrical, EPC, renewable energy, or service management.
- Strong knowledge of solar systems and electrical components.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer handling and complaint resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
