- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architectural, construction, and healthcare sectors.
- Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, architects, consultants, contractors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into architectural, healthcare, interior fit-out, and turnkey project opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and healthcare decision-makers.

Required Skills

- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction processes, and healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Ability to identify client requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
