Job Description –

· Seeking a presentable Head Security Supervisor With 8-10 Years Of experience , robust leadership skills, and expertise in security Operations and manpower handling, Age 35+

· Recruit unskilled staff such as Security Guards, Cooks, Peons, Housekeeping Staff, Caretakers, Sweepers, Helpers, and other support personnel.

· Conduct field visits for site inspections, recruitment drives, client meetings, and manpower deployment.

· Source candidates through field recruitment, references, and local networks.





· Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.

· Train, monitor, and ensure discipline, proper uniform, and compliance with company and client policies.

· Maintain recruitment records, deployment reports, attendance, and other operational documentation.

· Resolve client and employee issues, ensure smooth site operations, and provide timely support during emergencies.
