Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive + Paid Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility through effective SEO strategies and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
3. Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization activities.
4. Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools.
5. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
6. Create campaign strategies focused on lead generation, traffic growth, and ROI improvement.
7. Track campaign performance and provide regular performance reports.
8. Analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns for better conversions and reduced acquisition costs.
9. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign success.
10. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates,



and paid advertising best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven experience in SEO and paid advertising management.
2. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
3. Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
4. Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis techniques.
5. Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
6. Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
2. Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns.
3. Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
