Role & Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients and leads within the IT sector
- Support the creation and delivery of sales pitches, presentations, and product demos
- Participate in virtual or in-person client meetings to explain IT products and services
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools and databases
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Support lead generation and sales prospecting activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales-related documentation using MS Office tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA/BBA/BBM/B.Com graduate or pursuing final year studies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT products, services, and sales processes
- Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management concepts
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment




- Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Prior internship, certification, or coursework in sales/marketing is an added advantage
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and lead generation techniques is preferred
