We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of a premium retail store. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing premium fashion, clothing, or jewellery retail stores, with a strong focus on sales, customer experience, team leadership, and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to manage the sales team, build lasting customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless shopping experience while achieving business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in premium fashion, clothing, apparel, or jewellery retail who possess a strong understanding of luxury customer service, retail operations, and sales management. Candidates from premium retail brands will be highly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management.
- Mandatory experience in Premium Fashion, Clothing, Apparel, Jewellery, or Luxury Retail.
- Proven experience leading retail teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and retail reporting tools.
- Ability to analyse sales reports and make data-driven business decisions.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience handling premium or luxury retail customers.
- Knowledge of premium ethnic wear, designer apparel, or jewellery products will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Experience

- Manage walk-in, appointment-based, and remote customer sales.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer orders, deliveries, and post-purchase support.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.

2. Store Operations

- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status, custom requests, and delivery schedules.

3. Business Performance

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to improve sales conversion, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve store processes and service standards.

4. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, customer-centric, and professional work environment.
