Compliance JD

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and customer Codes of Conduct.
- Lead customer, third-party, and internal compliance audits, including timely closure of corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance documentation, records, policies, and statutory registers.
- Drive environmental, health & safety compliance initiatives.
- Strengthen ethical, legal, and sustainability practices
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
- Build a proactive culture of compliance rather than a reactive approach to audits
- Monitor compliance risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Prepare compliance dashboards and management reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in compliance performance while supporting operational excellence and customer confidence
- Liaise with customers, auditors, certification bodies, and government authorities.
- Ensure the factory is audit-ready at all times





Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of compliance experience in the apparel, textile, or manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws, social compliance, customer audits, and sustainability standards.
- Experience handling international buyer audits and compliance certifications is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in garment/apparel export manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with buyer audits (Inditex, H&M;, PVH, Next, Tesco, Target, etc.).
- Familiarity with SMETA, WRAP, SLCP, Higg, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and ESG/sustainability requirements.
- Experience in handling compliance audits such as FEM, FSLM, GAP, LABS,CTPAT, ICS, BSCI, and SEDEX.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
