Key Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Masters with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in on-site real estate sales, including handling walk-in clients, showing demo/sample flats, and explaining project details.
- Should be Smart, confident, and friendly while dealing with clients; ability to maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven record of flat selling / residential sales in reputed real estate projects.
- Ability to work closely with Sales Manager and junior executives as a team player.
- Marketing & Promotion: Should be active participation in marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads and boost sales.

7. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Ø Preference:



2 female and 2 male candidates with professional grooming and client-handling ability.

Ø Minimum salary ₹50,000 per month + attractive incentives (higher as per experience).

· Experience: 5–8 years in real estate sales (Luxury / Premium segment preferred)

· Exposure: High-rise residential projects mandatory

· Solid communication, presentation & negotiation skills

· Proven track record of deal closures

· Knowledge of RERA norms, documentation & payment schedules

· Presentable personality with customer-centric approach
