Key Responsibilities1. Customer Contact (First Point of Touch)

- Represent dealership on phone & in-person for all visitors/business partners
- Prompt, friendly greeting per Mercedes-Benz brand identity
- Qualified switchboard management with proper call etiquette
- Arrange callbacks for unavailable staff
- Priority care for complaint/problem customers
- Document walk-ins and tele-ins in showroom log

2. Sales Support

- Introduce sales consultants to walk-in customers
- Provide initial brochures & basic MB product information to phone inquiries
- Offer refreshments proactively to visitors
- Record prospect info daily and share with sales manager
- Forward tele-in inquiries to consultants (with manager consent)
- Assist with brochures, price lists, scheme handovers

3. Resource Management

- Maintain display vehicle layout per MB India standards
- Track display & test-drive vehicle cleanliness via checklists
- Manage test-drive log to monitor vehicle usability
- Single point of contact for test-drive vehicle availability

4. Showroom/Facilities Management

- Maintain showroom cleanliness & corporate design standards




- Keep reception tidy with functional refreshment/equipment areas
- Refill brochure boxes & accessory items as needed
- Manage customer parking bays (ensure ≥1 bay always available)

5. Tele-Calling Responsibilities

- Call all digital leads within 15 minutes to qualify before assigning to sales team
- Confirm event registrations 48 hours prior and collect basic customer details
- Contact event attendees within 24 hours for experience feedback and follow-up
- Maintain 5-touch follow-up cadence (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, 30) for all leads
- Log all calls daily in showroom logbook for sales manager review

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
