Kindergarten Teachers – Pre-KG, LKG, UKG
Primary Teachers – Classes I to V
Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the school curriculum.
Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
Encourage students’ academic, social, emotional, and creative development.
Use interactive teaching methods, activities, and learning materials.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
Communicate effectively with parents and school management.
Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications and skills
Kindergarten Teachers: Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training preferred.
Primary Teachers: Bachelor’s degree with D.El.Ed / B.Ed preferred.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and working with children.
Freshers with good subject knowledge and enthusiasm may also apply.
Experience in CBSE/Matriculation/State Board schools will be an added advantage.
