The position involves organizing placement drives and career fairs, engaging students through career guidance and employability sessions, building strong industry connections,



and coordinating with employers to create job opportunities for students.

Requirements and skills

Professionals with 3+ years of experience in conducting student placement activities (preferably for online degree programs)

Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Awareness of industrial clusters in terms of sectors and locations

Good networking abilities

Willingness to travel, excellent team-handling skills

The ability to work independently as well as in a team are required for this role and are encouraged to apply.
