Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead a team of passionate educators and support staff, fostering a positive work workplace and promoting professional development.
- Implement curriculum and educational programs that align with our vision and mission, promoting holistic child development.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, ensuring their involvement and satisfaction with their child's progress.
- Manage the preschool's budget, resources, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the performance of staff, students, and programs, implementing necessary improvements.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff, and visitors, adhering to health, safety, and emergency protocols.
