- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international voice process and eCommerce positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Handle offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining recruitment quality.
- Maintain recruitment reports and applicant tracking records.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
