We are hiring a QS Manager

Base Location: Hyderabad

At Uniworks Designs, we execute office and residential interiors. We're looking for someone who doesn't just prepare BOQs—but becomes the commercial backbone of every project.

What you will own:

✔ End-to-end BOQs for Office & Residential Interiors

✔ Quantity take-offs across Architecture, MEP & Civil/Interiors

✔ Cost planning, vendor benchmarking & procurement support

✔ Value engineering and cost optimization from Day 1

✔ Working closely with Design, Procurement & Project Teams to ensure every number adds up

You Should have:

✅ 4+ years of relevant QS experience





✅ Independently handled 25,000+ sq.ft. office interior projects

✅ Robust knowledge of MEP, Civil & Interior works

✅ A solid supplier network across Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune

✅ Willingness to travel whenever projects demand it

Bonus Points if you are from:

NICMAR, RICS, or other leading construction and project management institutes.

We are looking for someone who:

- Questions every rate.
- Negotiates like it's second nature.
- Knows the market better than Google.
- Can spot a missing quantity before anyone else.
- Believes a great BOQ can save lakhs before work even begins.
