- - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in site-based mechanical works (piping, HVAC, equipment installation, etc.).
- Familiarity with mechanical standards and codes (e.g., Hygiene, ASME, EHEDG).
- Experience in MS Office is a plus.

- Roles & Responsibilities :
- Job Purpose :
- - The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for Site Execution planning.
- This includes overseeing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- The role also involves team leadership, vendor coordination (if required), and technical decision-making.
- Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- - 1. Project Execution & Supervision
- - Lead mechanical site activities including installation of piping, structural works, tanks, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- 2.
Team Management
- - Supervise and guide supervisors and technicians.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively.
- 3. Technical Oversight
- - Review BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate mechanical commissioning and performance testing.
- 4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- - Liaise with vendors for technical discussions, delivery schedules, and installation support.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure work is carried out per contract requirements.
- 5. Quality, Safety, and Compliance
- - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure work quality.
- Participate in root cause analysis for failures or incidents.
- 6. Planning & Reporting
- - Support the Mechanical Manager in preparing project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Monitor progress and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assist in procurement planning and logistics coordination.
