About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for every client—from the first interaction to long-term engagement.

The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with national and international clients, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of building lasting relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Sales

- Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable coaching programs.
- Conduct consultation calls and explain our services confidently.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Coordinate with the coaching and operations teams to provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM.
- Track renewals, client engagement,



and retention activities.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

Experience Required

- 2–5 years of professional experience in:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Client Relationship Management
- Customer Success or Account Management

Candidates with proven experience in professional sales and client relationship roles across industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Technology, SaaS, Consulting, Luxury Retail, or other service-based businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.

While prior experience in the fitness, wellness, coaching, or digital health industry is an advantage, it is not mandatory. We value professionals who have demonstrated excellence in building client relationships, understanding customer needs, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, regardless of the industry they come from.
