About the Role

We're looking for someone to help grow the consumer side of theName.app

You'll work closely with the founders to bring users to the platform, build engaged communities, and create sustainable growth through experimentation and execution.

What You'll Do

- Drive user acquisition across online and offline channels.
- Build and grow communities around the platform.
- Develop creator, ambassador, and referral programs.
- Plan and execute product launch and growth initiatives.
- Improve user onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Run growth experiments and use data to optimize performance.
- Gather user insights and work closely with product and design teams to improve the user experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Understands how consumer products grow.
- Enjoys experimenting and solving growth challenges.
- Can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- Takes ownership and works independently.
- Thrives in an early-stage startup workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
