➢Receiving work from finance head and finish the same within the time as error free.
➢Update all transaction in tally and excel.
➢Ensuring all entries posted in tally in a proper way.
➢Save the works as folders as discussed by the finance head.
➢Getting the details from construction manager regarding the dues of subcontractors and upcoming expenses, crossing checking and imitating the amount request with finance head.
➢Updating the factory expenses.
➢Allocating and cross checking the works of accountants.
➢Close checking the expenses of each construction site and proper coordination with the construction manager and site supervisors.
➢Proper updating of factory and site expenses
➢Ensure the invoice received directly from supplier before despatching the materials to site and ensure the same has reached in the site.
➢Documentation of each transactions.
Requirements:
- PG / MBA in Finance or B.Com (preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting .
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
