Position: School Success Ninja – Field Support & Growth Executive

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll be the face of Tabschool in schools.

Your mission is to help schools successfully use our products while also building strong relationships that help Tabschool grow in your city.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Visit schools for product implementation and onboarding
- Train teachers, coordinators, and school staff
- Help schools smoothly use Tabschool products
- Provide regular support visits to partner schools
- Solve on-ground issues and coordinate with technical teams
- Build strong relationships with principals and administrators
- Collect feedback from schools and share improvement ideas
- Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth
- Demonstrate Tabschool solutions to new schools
- Conduct presentations and product demos
- Help schools adopt digital learning effectively
- Maintain visit reports and follow-up records




- Coordinate installations and device deployments when required
- Represent Tabschool professionally during events, exhibitions, and meetings

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Loves talking to people
- Is comfortable visiting schools regularly
- Can explain technology in a simple way
- Is confident, organized, and proactive
- Can travel within the assigned city/region
- Knows basic computer and mobile app usage
- Has positive communication skills in English + local language
- Can build trust quickly with educators

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience in EdTech, Sales, Training, or Customer Support
- Have worked with schools before
- Are comfortable giving presentations
- Can handle both support and business conversations confidently

Qualification

- Graduate in any field
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Experience in field operations, training, sales, or support is a plus
