Job Description (JD) – Civil Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer
Department: Projects/Construction
Location: Gurugram / Project Site
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Salary: -35k-40k

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor all construction activities at the project site.

· Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

· Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of work.

· Check material requirements and coordinate with the purchase department.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.

· Conduct quality inspections and maintain proper documentation.

· Verify measurements and prepare contractor bills as per executed work.





· Resolve technical issues arising during construction activities.

Required Skills:

· Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

· Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and quantity surveying.

· Strong communication and team management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Preferred Industry:

Real Estate / Residential Projects / Affordable Housing / High-Rise Projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
