- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallet transactions while making correct change.
- Cash Management: Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, balancing total collections against sales reports.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer billing inquiries, handle basic exchanges or returns, and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
- Counter Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies like receipt paper and bags.
