We're looking for a dedicated candidate to support our land search and documentation operations in Punjab.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Proficient in Punjabi and English (both written and spoken)
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience in land search, property/legal documentation, or stenography will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide regular team updates to the Business Team and share fortnightly client updates with the Business Development Team
- Maintain field team attendance records and circulate daily updates
- Manage documentation related to land sale, transfer, mutation, and client files
- Prepare preliminary land search and valuation reports for Punjab
- Complete documentation and paperwork for mutation applications
- Track online land records and monitor the status of applied and pending mutations
- Maintain accurate document records and Excel trackers

Coordinate with field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
