. Should experience with Java Tech Stack and valuable knowledge on XML, JSON, SQL & DB Concepts.

. Experience in Jira and on Test Automation like Selenium/Katalon

. "Pre-Grooming" and preliminary analysis to establish a basic footprint of technical requirements and/ or provide current technical landscape to aid the team and technical POs in grooming. Also ensure HLD and architecture are in place and ready for grooming.

. Help conduct impact analysis of stories to document impacts to other ARTs and business units within US Medical Help document and communicate those impacts.

. Collaborate with the Dev team and BA team for requirements clarification, own up the design and architecture as a Lead and deep dives for system requirements clarifications.

. Ensure all required documentation is completed, adequately reviewed and maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Partner with dev team to develop a comprehensive delivery and testing strategy, including coordinating with end-users and regression across the application (when and if necessary).

. Production Ticket and Defect triage

. Manage outstanding production tickets and help with backlog prioritization.

. Conduct Demos of delivered stories.

. Help the Product Owner and Technical PO summarize success against the initial Iteration Goals and objectives.

. Preferable having experience in BFSI Sector
