Position: B2C Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Possess strong knowledge of gym equipment products and the fitness industry across India.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery and successful order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, customer concerns,



and inventory-related issues and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation activities and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of Daily MIS, sales reports, and performance trackers.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and maintain high service standards.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
