We're Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist

Dr. Pearl's Dental Studio | DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon

We are looking for a warm, confident, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our premium dental practice.

If you enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in presenting yourself professionally, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Coordinate the daily appointment schedule and patient flow.
- Handle patient registrations, billing, and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Follow up with patients for appointments and treatment plans.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.




- Well-groomed with a polished, qualified appearance.
- Comfortable wearing formal business attire.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and appointment management software).
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a dental clinic, hospital, healthcare, or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Details

- Location: DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Clinic Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
