· Responsible for Smooth operation, Guest Management, Booking &Reservation; Mgmnt, Income / Cost control & reporting and staff /other Stake holder’s management.

· Guest management (Guest relation, Smooth Check in & out, Safety, security, Hygiene & cleanliness of property, Food, services, coordinate functions and events of the guest)

· 100 % Guest Satisfaction required. If any complaint it should be attended & resolved immediately. Do everything within policy to turning their moments into memories.

· Maintaining good relation with locals, Guest, staff, tour operators and other stakeholders. Communication strictly thru property phone no’s and email.

· Responsible for Branding.- Neat and clean rooms & clean staff, tasty food, uniform, guest reviews & ratings (Min 10 no 5*/ week)

· Bringing business by marketing /contacting potential customers, tour operators, corporate customers and online promotions.

· Up keeping the property by proper and timely maintenance.

· Inventory Management including ensuring availability (Food,



housekeeping, Amenities, Linen, Crockery/cutlery)

· Reception management. (Zero Guest complaint on room services & reception calls)

· Safety / Security Measures of the Resort.

· Staff payroll, utilization and control

· All decisions should made in the best interest of the Resort and management

· Timely reporting of all issues, reservation and income records.

· Manage the work of other support staff during their leave. Leave plans to be prepared based on reservation. (like No Saturday & Sunday leave for staff)

· Report to Managing Director
