We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Experienced Corporate Relations Manager to join our Training & Development team. The role involves building and managing strong relationships with corporate partners, identifying industry requirements, and creating opportunities for student training, internships, and placements. The candidate must bring relevant experience and proven ability to connect academia with industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and qualified networks.
- Identify training, development, internship, and placement opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with the Training & Development team to design and execute corporate engagement initiatives.
- Organize corporate visits, guest lectures, workshops, and industry-led programs.




- Ensure continuous interaction between industry and institution to bridge skill gaps.
- Monitor, track, and report on corporate engagement outcomes.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, training & placement, or business development.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Proven track record in engaging with corporate partners and achieving measurable outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
