Job Summary

We are seeking an motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and support timely delivery of customer orders in a quick-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management through regular cycle counts and audits.

Coordinate with transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Manage workforce scheduling,



attendance, and performance evaluations.

Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer concerns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

0-2 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
