- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of fabricated and machined components.
- Ensure products meet engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect welding, fabrication, assembly, and dimensional accuracy.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Design and Purchase and a Subcontract team to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory).
- Experience in fabrication,
welding inspection, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
