SENIOR MEDIA PLANNER

About the role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Planner who will lead digital media strategy, planning, execution oversight, and performance optimization across platforms. The role requires strong analytical ability, client-facing confidence, and ownership of campaign performance and revenue growth.

Role Description:

- Lead digital media strategy and planning across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Programmatic platforms
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle – planning, forecasting, execution oversight, optimization, and reporting
- Develop media plans aligned with business goals, audience insights, and budget allocation strategies
- Manage monthly budgets and ensure ROAS, CPL, CPI, CPQL targets are achieved
- Present campaign strategy, insights, and performance reports to clients/stakeholders
- Drive performance improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative strategy, and bid optimization
- Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Publisher teams for integrated campaign success
- Mentor junior media planners/executives
- Identify new growth opportunities across channels and platforms

Requirements:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Digital Media Planning / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing monthly budgets
- Advanced understanding of GA4,



conversion tracking, attribution models
- Experience with Programmatic platforms
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Client-facing experience and stakeholder management

Additional Skills:

- Google Ads & Meta Certifications
- Experience with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush etc
- App marketing & UAC campaign experience
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel strategy
- Experience in handling multi-channel integrated campaigns
