Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Executive for our Organisation in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

The candidate should have basic experience in recruitment, employee joining formalities, attendance, payroll coordination, EPF/ESIC follow-up, and HR admin works.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment as per company requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other sources.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Collect joining Formalities and complete onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HR Documentations.
- Maintain attendance and leave Managements.
- Coordinate with accounts team for salary processing.
- Follow up on EPF, ESIC, PT, and other compliances-related work.
- Handle employee queries and basic Employee Relations.
- Coordinate with supervisors, field officers, and operations team.




- Support office administration works.
- Prepare daily and weekly HR reports.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll, EPF, and ESIC is preferred.
- Good MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to handle candidates and employees professionally.
- Should be responsible and able to complete work on time.

Qualification

- Any Graduate can apply.
- MBA HR Specilizations.

Preferred Candidat

Candidates with minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, and payroll support will be preferred.

Languages

English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
