We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor store performance and work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Supervise staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall team performance.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure the showroom meets company standards.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-friendly at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
