The Team

Our DTS team provides following services to clients:

- Data & Applied Intelligence - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
- Product and Innovation - Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage.
- Technology M&A; and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A;, integrations and carve-outs.
- Technology Transformation - A&M; helps clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities

How you will Contribute:

Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, data catalogs including data lineage and metadata managements.

- Experience working on tools like Collibra, Alation, Apache Atlas, Snowflake / Big Query and other cloud governance services.
- Should be hands-on in design and enforce data governance policies, standards and procedures.
- Substantial experience in MDM Strategies and workflows. Experience working with industry data models and taxonomies.
- Industry experience in implementing regulatory compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and other regulations.
- Experience in designing Data classification,



data security policies and procedures.
- Experience working with Data stewards and business owners on ownership policies.
- Design Monitoring Systems for Data Quality and Data compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, products, engineering and technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in data engineering and data governance.
- Hands-on experience of Generative AI and Agentic AI for data engineering and governance.

Qualifications;

- 11+ years of experience in data engineering & analytics and 5+ years in data governance activities
- Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI for productivity, accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Proven project credentials in design and implementation of data governance platform.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
