Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Expansion: Build and execute robust Amazon marketplace strategies globally, identifying key markets for expansion.

- Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Account Management: Manage and optimize Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts; ensure accurate, SEO-optimized listings and inventory availability.

- Advertising & Campaigns: Run and optimize Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD); ensure high ROAS and integration with broader marketing plans.

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Set and surpass sales targets, optimize pricing, and execute high-impact deals and promotions.

- Customer Experience: Monitor reviews and feedback,



implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and brand credibility.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, logistics, finance, and regional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies, trade regulations, and stay updated on marketplace changes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)

- 5+ years of Amazon-focused eCommerce experience with international exposure

- Proven track record in growing Amazon sales globally

- Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Vendor Central & Amazon Ads

- Analytical mindset with robust execution capabilities

- Effective communicator and proactive collaborator
