Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans.
Requirements
- GNM qualification with valid registration.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle patient needs effectively.
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting is an advantage.
