Pragyanam School is a premium K-12 CBSE school founded by IIT-IIM alumni. We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own our admissions performance marketing.

What You'll Do

- Manage ₹4–6 lakh/month in Google Ads and Meta Ads spend
- Own admissions CPL and campaign performance
- Handle GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & CAPI tracking
- Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Create high-converting ad and landing page copy using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude

What We're Looking For

- 3–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Managed ₹3–15 lakh/month ad budgets independently
- Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and SEO




- Regular user of AI tools for marketing workflows
- Data-driven, ownership mindset, and focused on lead quality and business outcomes
