Position: Back Office Executive

Location: Erandwane, Pune

Age Preference: 25–35 Years

Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)

Requirements:

- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Basic understanding of loan products and banking procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple files.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Process loan applications accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify customer documents for completeness and authenticity.
- Collect and maintain KYC and financial documents.




- Coordinate with customers, sales executives, banks, and financial institutions regarding pending documents and application status.
- Prepare and maintain loan files and digital records.
- Upload customer information into the company's CRM or loan management system.
- Track loan applications from submission to approval and disbursement.
- Follow up on pending cases and resolve documentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Support internal audits and documentation reviews whenever required.
