We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Client Relationship Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design, Social Media, and Management teams.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain client records and office documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic business documents.
- Support day-to-day office administration.
- Ensure a smooth and qualified client experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with Reception, Front Office, Customer Support, or Client Relationship experience will have an added advantage.
