Job Responsibilities

- Ensure mechanical construction works comply with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
- Review and implement Work Method Statements (WMS) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Conduct inspections for mechanical installation works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients during inspections.
- Monitor QA/QC activities throughout construction.
- Raise, track, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and SORs.
- Review material inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Witness pre-commissioning and mechanical functional testing.
- Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain project quality records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience.
- Experience in Semiconductor Fab construction projects is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of WMS, ITP, inspection procedures, NCR management, and commissioning.
- Able to work in Gujarat, India for 6–12 months.
