Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter with 1+ years of recruitment experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/final interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Negotiate salary offers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment tracker.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment (IT, Non-IT, or both).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
