Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance metrics.
- Bill tracking and Handling Process of Billing systems
- Co-ordinate with all Clients (PSU’s) and working on their requirement
- Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Operations:

- Bank Guarantee, contract agreements, other tender documents as required.
- Co-ordination with projects and sales for upcoming orders.




- Handling Creditors, Loan Personals, and others person related to projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or related field; M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Proficiency in Tamil Language is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Skilled certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
