- Social Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook. [1, 2]
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound direct messaging (DMs), comments, and connection requests to pitch products or services and schedule meetings. [1, 2]
- Social Commerce/Ads: Assist in setting up and optimizing paid social ad campaigns (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads Manager) aimed specifically at driving click-throughs and sales conversions. [1, 2]
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, conversion rates, and sales metrics using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. [1, 2, 3, 4]




- Community Engagement: Respond to direct inquiries, moderate comments, and nurture relationships with followers to guide them down the sales funnel. [1, 2, 3]
- Content Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to align sales messaging with social content calendars, product launches, and brand promotions. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3-4 years in digital marketing, inside sales, B2B lead generation, or social media management.
- Sales Acumen: Proven negotiation, persuasive communication, and client-handling skills.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of leading social platforms, their respective algorithms, and messaging tools.
