We are seeking for an Assistant Security Manager who shall support the Security Manager in ensuring 24/7 safety, access control, and discipline across the residential township. The role involves supervising security staff , monitoring systems, managing incidents and enforcing SOPs to protect residents, assets and common areas.

Candidate must have experience of Residential township, experience pertaining to Mall , Airport shall not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise security guards, gate staff and patrol teams across all shifts. Ensure proper deployment , turnout and conduct.

2. Conduct surprise checks at get, boom barriers, patrolling routes and watch towers especially during night shifts.

3. Verify attendance , duty roasters and ensure no unauthorized absence or post abandonment.

4. Oversee visitor, vendor and vehicle entry/exit through the visitor management system.

5. Ensure strict adherence to ID verification, entry passes and time-bound permissions

6. Monitor CCTV Control room operations, review footage for incidents and maintain logbooks.

7. Respond immediately to alarms, disputes, theft, trepassing and medical emergencies

8.



Co-ordinate with police , fire brigade and medical services when required.

9. Documentation incidents, prepare FIR drafts and submit detailed daily/weekly incident reports to Security Manager

10Address resident complaints related to security lapses, parking violations and noise issues.

11. Liaise with housekeeping , facilities and maintenance for smooth operations duirng events or emergencies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1 . Education - Graduate in any discipline. Candidate with diploma in Security Management preferred.

2. 8+ years of exprience in gated communities

Skills :

1. Solid leadership , observation and decision- making under pressure

2. Working knowledge of CCTV systems, access control and MS Excel for reporting

3. Good communication in English and local language

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
